Karine Toumazeau

As a former strategy consulting executive, Karine spent the last 10 years advising Fortune 500 companies and leading strategic business and technology engagements around the world in banking, retail, automotive, aerospace, food, and energy.

As a regenerative leadership practitioner, she developed the Blue Stark Regenerative Leadership program under the supervision of Giles Hutchins and the Future Fit Leadership Academy. She is also a strategic advisor to Coral Gardeners, one of the fastest growing organization in ocean conservation.

Throughout her career, Karine has been recognized for her human leadership and engaging personality. Former elite gymnast and athlete, she also acts as a mentor for a new generation of business leaders with a holistic approach combining self-care, neurosciences and performance management.

Giles Hutchins

Giles Hutchins is a pioneering practitioner and senior adviser at the fore-front of the [r]evolution in organizational and leadership consciousness and developmental approaches that enhance personal, organizational and systemic agility and vitality.

He is author and co-author of several leadership and organizational development papers, and the books The Nature of Business (2012), The Illusion of Separation (2014), Future Fit (2016) and Regenerative Leadership (2019).

Chair of The Future Fit Leadership Academy and Founder of Leadership Immersions, co-founder of Biomimicry for Creative Innovation and Regenerators, he runs a 60 acre leadership centre at Springwood Farm, an area of outstanding natural beauty near London, UK.

Pr. Guido Palazzo

Guido Palazzo is Professor of Business Ethics at HEC, University of Lausanne. In his research, he has worked on corporate responsibility in global supply chains, the mechanisms of (un)ethical decision making in organizations and the fight against organized crime.

His current research focuses on the ecological crisis and the impact of storytelling on societal transformation processes.


Guido also worked with the executive boards of numerous companies in Europe, the US and in Asia on ethics and compliance, and directed a training program on sustainable leadership for senior officials of the Chinese Communist Party. His online course (MOOC) on “Unethical decision making in organizations” at Coursera.org has so far been taken by more than 35.000 people.
